All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We don't store your card details — payments are processed directly by Stripe.

Not currently — courses are paid in full at booking. We're working on monthly plans for 2026.

Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before the course. 50% refund within 7-14 days. No refund inside 7 days, but we'll move you to a future session at no cost.

This usually clears within a minute. If it's still pending after 10 minutes, refresh your dashboard. Still stuck? Email us with your booking reference and we'll sort it within hours.

Photo ID (passport or driving licence), proof of address (any utility bill less than 3 months old), a pen, a notepad, and a packed lunch. We provide all course materials.

You can retake any failed exam within 6 months at no extra charge. Most candidates pass first time — we've got a 95% first-time pass rate.

Door Supervisor: 5 days. Security Guard: 4 days. CCTV Operator: 3 days. Top-Up Refreshers (DS or SG): 2 days. Many venues offer weekend intensives.

You'll receive a digital certificate within 24 hours of passing your final assessment. Physical certificates are posted within 5 working days.

As soon as you receive your training certificate. The SIA application costs £190 and you do it directly on the SIA website.

Typically 4-6 weeks from your SIA application. Add another 2-3 weeks if your DBS check needs deeper review.

No — front-line security work without a valid SIA licence is a criminal offence. You can apply for jobs, but you can't start until your licence is issued.

We provide a step-by-step guide in your dashboard once you've passed your course, including how to do the basic DBS and what photos to upload.
