The 4 SIA licences explained
Every front-line security role in the UK requires an SIA licence. Here's what each one covers, what it costs, and the training you'll need.
Door Supervisor Licence
The most flexible front-line security licence.
A Door Supervisor licence lets you work as a front-line security operative at any premises licensed to sell alcohol, host live events, or play recorded music — pubs, clubs, festivals, venues. It also covers most general guarding duties.
